Greetings from Team TempoStand!

After the overwhelming participation for Rhythm Valentine ‘09, and the enthusiastic response to the ongoing Neat Whiskey, Dirty Socks , TempoStand once again brings an event for all of us to get together and mesmerize the rest.

An Ode to Mother! A tribute to the ladies, whose unconditional love all through the years has played a big role in making us reach where we are today. Yes, its the Mother’s Day we will be celebrating this year, with bugles and trumpets. It’s the best time to show them we care, we respect, and what better medium than music to say this.

TempoStand invites you to dedicate a song to your mother. But this one’s different from the rest of our events. For obvious reasons of keeping money out of the picture, we have decided to not keep a prize money for this event.

So gear up guys with your guitars and mics, as we prepare for another event. Hoping for an even more active participation from all of you.

Rules:
1. Entries should be Original Composition(s) only.
2. An Artist/Band can submit multiple entries.
3. There are no barriers of language, genre, region, shape, size, colour-sholor and anything. All we are looking for is good music.
4. Instrumental Compositions are allowed.
5. Recordings should be of audible quality, its not necessary for the compositions to be Studio Recorded. If you are using any samples, loops, patches or someone else’s work be sure to check their licensing and terms of use.
6. Artists will get a dedicated page for putting up their song(s), pictures, and a personal message.
7. Compositions to be e-mailed in (.mp3) format at contact@tempostand.com in the following format:

Subject: Submission for Ode to Mother!
Song Name: ABC
Artist/Band Name: XYZ
Lyrics: (Not applicable for Instrumental Compositions)
