TempoStand.com in collaboration with Thomso’07 (The IIT-Roorkee Cultural festival) presents
1. Wargasm (The Rock Extravaganza) - With an audience of close to 5000 it remains one of the premier rock events of the country. Besides the attractive cash prizes of upto Rs 50,000, the finalists also get a chance to play alongside the likes of stalwarts like Parikrama, Mother Jane, Zero, Pentagram, Moksha. Get a direct entry into the finals by participating in the online competition hosted by TempoStand. All you need to do is host your OC(s) on TempoStand and be eligible for the online competition. The contest is being covered live on www.TempoStand.com. The band getting the highest number of votes wins the competition.
Finals: Oct 27th at IIT Roorkee
2. Battle of Bands (The Hindi Rock competition) - A one of its kind event in the country, this event promises to be the ultimate showdown between the best Hindi bands. The winners get a prize money of Rs 40,000 and a chance to perform with the likes of KK, Sonu Nigam and Euphoria. Get a direct entry into the finals by participating in the online competition hosted by
TempoStand. All you need to do is host your OC(s) on TempoStand and be eligible for the online competition. The band getting the highest number of votes wins the competition.
The best band on TempoStand gets one way air tickets to participate in Thomso ‘07.

3. RJ Hunt - A chance to be big, when being small no more helps.
A chance to enthrall a crowd , when to be the crowd you pray.
A chance to speak out loud, when silence is for what u crave.
Yes we talk of Thomso the biggest Cultural Festival of North India, and this is a chance to take the centre stage.
Its a Chance to host “The Vogue”, an event in Thomso’ 07.
So here we go with the rules:
1. You Create Podcasts of the songs on TempoStand.
2. Must be Original, just like the songs.
3. We might ignore the recording but our audience is very particular about how creative you are.
