This is how we would describe the response we have received this Rhythm Valentine. With a flood of compositions pouring in, we were overwhelmed by the sheer enthusiasm of artists and the amazing quality of compositions submitted. In all, we received just over 100 tracks. Out of these, 30 were shortlisted by our internal judging panel. It was a challenging task, to say the least.

With Rhythm Valentine '09, TempoStand takes online marketing a step further and introduces two exciting features:

1. "Street Teams"! Each of the 30 artists have put together a 'Street Team' of 3 people who would go about promoting their respective tracks on the web with active guidance from the TempoStand Web Marketing Team.

2. "Expert Comments". From now on, artists will be provided with login ids and their comments will be categorised as 'Expert Comments', and will be highlighted as such.

For the next two days, that is February 9 & 10, the artists and their respective 'Street Teams' will endeavour to bring people to listen to their songs and comment upon them. At the end of it, 12 songs will be shortlisted based on their popularity, which will be reflected by the number of plays, unique visits, comments, etc along with our internal judging mechanism. Those 12 compositions will then be put up for polling and judging.

'Involved' and 'Passionate' is what describes a successful artist. So come on guys, show the world that you have the fire to succeed.
