Rhythm Valentine '09: Winners!

Rhythm Valentine

Happy Valentine's Day!

Finally the day has has arrived, for the results to be declared and for you to celebrate today with your loved one. But we intend to keep you hooked for just a litle while longer. Hang in right there!

Rhythm Valentine '09 has grown by leaps and bounds over it's first version held in 2008. The response from both the artist community and the listeners was hugely encouraging. Once again, the skill and creativity of TempoStand artists was for display. The shortlisted tracks had a lot to offer in terms of richness and variety of style. So much so that we actually received feedback from people saying it was difficult to choose the best composition. Yes, people complained so! We were left almost baffled, if not speechless

The artists appreciated the newly introduced features in this event and used them well to their advantage. The 'Street Team' concept played a major role in gathering support for the bands and solo artists, with the street teams working tirelessly to market their artist and his/her composition. In fact a significant part of the success of the respective online promotion campaigns goes to their Street Teams. 'Expert Comments' also seems to have clicked with TempoStand artists, and have been taken to in a big way. We hope this features helps to serve as a great learning tool and encourage the artists to constantly improve.

Time to start declaring the winners now! This time we also have category-wise winners, who will be given 2 cool TempoStand tees each. The winning band/solo artist of course gets to take home a cool Rs. 10,000. But before that, lets announce the winning brains behind the most succesful promotion team. The threesome who ran a well-oiled marketing machine on the web for 5 days! Yes, we are talking about the best street team, and hats off to the winners Chaitanya, Deepthi & Venkat, the Street Team for "My Two Cents". Congratulations! You win a TempoStand t-shirt each.
