Welcome to the second episode of TempoStands podcast. Its monsoon time and for most people these are intensely happy times. For some, its a time to drench and dance, for others its pure sit-at-home and have a green day. But surely everyone must agree, rains have a touch of romance.

This week I present a completely unique experiment of Drums with Harmonium. Classic case of East-West Fusion but in a new way.
I also review Global Spirits, whose song Sifar, which if I may add, is one of the most popular songs on TempoStand, being played more than 500 times a day.
I end the episode with a light romantic song, Hope, by Sankalp Singha of Belladonna.

@Ujjwal
uh…hum..
I think the song Hope is of the solo artist Sankalp not Belladonna…Please clarify..

hey ujj .. there is a big mistake u have made in the podcasts episode 2 .. i mean see.. what the song says is not what u have said in the podcasts .. i mean its not saying “if u care for the world you will end up being a Zero” this concept is totally wrong… i am really sorry but actually what the song says is “if you care about the societal and parental pressures which tell u what u should do with ur career then u will be a ZERO. pls do something to inform people abt this pls because we are not saying that we dont care for the world …

Hi Geo: if you listened to my podast carefully, I said,
“if you care a lot about the world you will end up being a zero.”
a lot is the keyword.
Plus I clarified what philosophy the song proposes in the beginning as believing in what one does and not care about what te world proposes ..think that explains it. what do you say?

Yaar Ujj dont misunderstand me .. see actually what “Zamana” means is “SOCIETY” and surely not “WORLD” so even if u say “if you care a lot about the world” that itself changes the whole meaning of the song which is actually totally untrue. See we are saying if you care for the society (societal pressures) e.g 1.) Boys should not take up classical dancing as a career. 2.)Girls from respectable families dont take up modelling as a career. etc…. then you will be a “SIFAR”… now what we are saying and what u have said is totally opposite .. since our band totally believes in caring for the world and the issues related with it

Good diction Ujjwal. However, try to get someone with more bass in his voice next time(something like the one man…one mission…)! Though cliche, this combination of more bass and classical music is just amazing. Besides, the music is wonderful. I like the kind of fusion that the artists at TempoStand are experimenting with.
And how do we buy music from TS?(could not find the link :( )
