TempoStand partners with Synapse 2008 to present Ragna Rock
‘Ragna Rock’, the Hard Rock event of SYNAPSE, each year, year after year attracts top of the notch professional and college Rock Bands to DA-IICT, Gandhinagar (Gujarat) from all over the country. A fiesta for the head bangers, an evening of non-stop tempestuous music, the event guarantees to go a long way to quench the insatiable thirst for the kind of music that has so deeply captured and influenced the mind and soul of the youth for decades now. Bands from all over India are invited to participate for Ragnarock ‘08 on 1st March and prove their mettle. For more details, visit:

still remember the frst ragnarock with Zero in it, really enjoyed it :)
the first ragnarock had Ashes and Them Clones.

the fourth had some band I don’t remember the name of!
is this a competition or a show??and wat about the transport and accomodation conveyance
?? wuld it be provided or bands hav to pay on their own??

Its quite sad to see the term ‘HardRock’ being misused. Earlier there used to be a separate event for ‘other’ music (call it world music, hindi music or whatever)… but proper hardrock used to be in synapse.
Agni is there this time.. Vedic metal.. have heard them once… different but definately not hard rock..
probably, its time we look back in the dictionary of genres and name the music acts aptly..

Ragna Rock is still very much a Rock event. Agni would only be performing live in concert the day before Ragna Rock.
