Lyrics:
Tick-tock clicks the clock, arms pointing at seven late evening,
Me(Sahil) was doing the dishes and Sid doing the watering,
Suddenly we hear a, blood curdling scream,
Oh Lord! we ran down in the fear, Just to Find……
Chorus:
Miss Polly had a Dolly who was sick, sick, sick,
So she phoned to the doctor, to be quick, quick, quick,
The doctor came with his bag and his hat,
He knocked at the door with a rat-rat-tat-tat!!!
Tensed atmosphere, heat in the air, oh how could we let it be,
As we tried to pacify our lil Miss Polly,
The doctor with his hand, tried to wave some magic,
Anxious moments pass by….. Finally!
Chorus:
He looked at the Dolly and shook his head,
And said, “Miss Polly, put her straight to bed!”
He wrote a pad for a pill, pill, pill,
“I’ll be back in the morning with my bill, bill, bill.”
GUITAR SOLO
And so we lived the story of Miss Polly and her Dolly,
We got lost in the pages of Tinsel Town,
Now that it’s farewell time, let me sing the Nursery Rhyme,
To show you how it went about…..
Chorus:
Miss Polly had a Dolly who was sick, sick, sick,
So she phoned to the doctor, to be quick, quick, quick,
The doctor came with his bag and his hat,
He knocked at the door with a rat-rat-tat-tat!!!
He looked at the Dolly and shook his head,
And said, “Miss Polly, put her straight to bed!”
He wrote a pad for a pill, pill, pill,
I’ll be back in the morning with my bill, bill, bill.
