Their core genre is HINDI FUSION ROCK. The band doesn’t believe in sticking to one form of music, but in exploring the diversity of music to the horizon. Their originals are based on factual experiences & abstract concepts. UMEED aims at not just composing music but creating an optimistic attitude towards cynical situation. UMEED’S music inspires you to break free from personal hassles and dare to have astronomical dreams. An array of native & alien music has influenced the band. Band influence varies from India folk to Indian classical, Rock to New age, Hindi Rock to Hindi Pop.
