About
It was about a year ago in Hyderabad, when a few voices came together and made a humble beginning to the present band called “INDUS GHARANA”.
Music is said to have no boundaries. This holds good for our band too. “INDUS GHARANA” is an ensemble of rappers, an official hip-hop DJ, classical vocalists and a percussionist, all of who are bound together by a composer with diverse talent. Indian music has been fused with rhythm and poetry (RAP) to create this refreshing new style of music to appeal to today's modern-day generation. The fusion that makes up this band works as a pillar that brings out varied forms of music. The band specializes in hip-hop, rap, desi, alternative and fusion music.
Some of our latest creations are; Teekha Teekha, Dream and Losing Mind.
Losing Mind, a ground breaking video, is scheduled for a world-wide premier on VH1 this July. It is a promising visual treat to the viewers.
“Indus Gharana” is the first Indian Hip-hop/Fusion band to be featured on the international music forum.
The band has performed in various places in the past like; Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Nagpur and hope to keep the flow going by exploring a lot more territories.
