Y.P.Chaitanya
Born in the city of destiny, “CHAITANYA ” is a music geek.
Fluctuating, young mind.
One of the reputed harmonium players in India taught him the Indian classical instrument and CHAITANYA was unimaginably wonderful even in his third grade.
CHAITANYA made first best contact in his third grade or so.
Such contacts made him ambitious towards music. Slowly, but firmly started the big dreams of an album.
“I used my fluctuating mind to the max. I was never stable in my summers. I was like jumping from art to art. Skating, canvassing, swimming, biking, table tennis, cricket ET all were always a part of my switching choices. My parents were like; music is always another pebble in my drifting water like mind. I agree to the drifting mind part but not the music.”
“Music is like a channel which bounds my ever-racing mind and drifting thoughts together.”
Grand piano is his favorite instrument. But to his curious mind, he found the smooth plucking and beautiful strums of the guitar more mesmerizing. So is the guitar player. He found the sound of strings so delicious.
So, starting as a raging composer for fests and college balls, gave a pause to his experimenting to have a busy and serious encounter with the term “MUSIC PRODUCTION”. The World Wide Web, friends and parents (Giving their best support), were the vital reasons for him to be the best music producer of his age, locally.
For CHAITANYA being a Computer Science Engineering student, it was easy for him to understand the methods and techniques of music production and programming. This lead to his childhood dream then turned into reality. His first Album in Telugu “Majnu” meaning Romeo was a big hit.
The MAJNU launch party – May 2nd -- A big evening for CHAITANYA, that he knew the fact that he was about to meet a shear genius in music, a very renowned personality, a very talented and catchy music director in south Indian film industry who encouraged CHAITANYA for a lot time after that.
